We understand that it is necessary to make the decision to turn over, a part or all of the IT role to a third party and a smooth transition is essential to the ongoing partnership’s success.

Following the five basic steps below, we will seamlessly, effectively and on-time migrate all or part of your IT services from you or your current supplier to us.

 

Our Step by Step Process

1. Initiation of a Project

We assign a dedicated transition manager, set out the transition strategy and decide on the requirements for transition progress and the path to implementation.

2.Knowledge Transfer

We use existing suppliers and internal teams to capture and share information. We outline each Party's roles and obligations in the process.

3. Services Setup

To help the managed service, we gather details about the arrangement, implementation and configuration of the toolkits.

4. Services Transition

In a phased approach, we take responsibility for services from the current supplier or customer to mitigate any potential impact on business as usual.

5. Handover

We contractually shoulder the responsibility for the delivery of all in-scope services after the "Service start date".

5. Reverse Knowledge Transfer

Reverse KT refers to the KT process where knowledge recipients give documented feedback to project SMEs to demonstrate knowledge acquisition during the service transition process.
